RETURNS

 

The returning period is 15 days since the date of delivery. Once Meredit receives the item/s back, inspects and accepts the returning, the company will immediately issue the reimbursement in the same way as the payment was made. The same carrier that made the delivery can pick up the item/s at the customer’s address. To place your returning you must fill out the Returns form enclosed with your order and affix the mailing label provided to send it back to us. CONDITIONS FOR RETURNING

Cashmere products are very sensitive; therefore we will only consider returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed, undamaged item/s. Please notice that all original tags and labels must be attached. The garment must be shipped in the original packaging. Shoes scuff very easily on any hard surface. Always try on shoes on a soft surface (i.e. carpet) to be sure it is the correct size. Shoe boxes are an important part of the product presentation and must be returned undamaged, along with the shoes. Alls goods be inspected on return and any item in unsuitable condition will not be accepted.

Please be aware that shipping cost of returns will not be refunded.

EXHANGES

All items may be exchanged up to 15 days from the delivery date. Only exchanges related to size and color will be admitted. You will promptly receive a refund for the original price and you must make a new purchase online . In this case, the customer is the only responsible of all the shipping cost that will be included in the new purchase invoice.

In case of any manufacturing defect, the fault will be checked upon returning and the full amount of the item and shipping costs will be promptly reimbursed. Contact us in 24h.
